I’m Amanda. I help people close the gap between knowing and doing.

I became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst because I was fascinated by a simple but powerful question: why is it so hard for people to do the things they actually want to do?

The science gave me a framework. But it was yoga, nature, and years of working with humans in their most honest, stuck, and striving moments that gave me the whole picture. Behavior doesn’t happen in a vacuum. It happens in a body, in a nervous system, in a story someone has been telling themselves for years.

Ethereal Path Wellness exists at that intersection. Science and soul. Rigor and ritual. The measurable and the meaningful.

I work with people who are thoughtful, self-aware, and genuinely tired of knowing what they’d like to change but not being able to make it stick. I especially love working alongside therapists — because I’ve seen firsthand what happens when clinical insight and behavioral scaffolding work together. The results are different. They’re real.

My Philosophy

Behavior change isn’t about willpower. It’s about design.

When the environment, values, and nervous system are aligned, change doesn’t feel like a fight. It feels like finally moving in the direction you’ve always wanted to go.

I bring that lens to every coaching relationship — whether we’re building a morning routine, working through executive dysfunction, navigating autistic burnout, or untangling the habits that keep pulling you off course.

My work is trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and rooted in the belief that the most sustainable path to change is the one that honors who you actually are.

A Note On ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis)

If you’ve heard concerns about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) — especially from autistic people and self-advocates — I want you to know that I take those concerns seriously. The criticism of traditional ABA is valid. Compliance-focused, deficit-based approaches have caused real harm, and that history matters.

My work draws on the science of behavior change — not the coercive, compliance-focused application that has caused harm. Here, everything is built around your goals, your definition of a good life, and your values — not someone else’s standard of what your behavior should look like. There is no compliance agenda here. Nothing is being “fixed.” You are not broken.

If you have a history with ABA — positive or negative — I welcome that conversation in our first call. My approach adapts to what feels safe and useful for you.
